Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Built For Her Body, a brand of RT Global Marketing Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]) of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("the Promoter").
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada who are 18 years or older. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families cannot enter.
3. The giveaway runs monthly. Each entry period opens at 12:00am on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 11:59pm on the last day of the same month, Melbourne time (AEST or AEDT).
4. To enter, buy any qualifying bundle from builtforherbody.com during the entry period. Entries are added automatically at checkout: Option 1 receives 1 entry, Option 2 receives 3 entries, Option 3 receives [X] entries and Option 4 receives 10 entries.
5. No purchase is necessary. To enter free, email [giveaways@builtforherbody.com] during the entry period with the subject line "Apple Watch Entry", your full name and your country. Limit of one free entry per person per entry period. Free entries have the same chance of winning as purchased entries.
6. Entries linked to an order that is cancelled or fully refunded before the draw are void.
7. The prize is one Apple Watch ([insert model, size and finish], GPS), total value approximately AUD $[insert value]. Where delivery of the watch is impractical in the winner's country, the Promoter may substitute an Apple Gift Card of equal value. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law.
8. The draw takes place electronically and at random within 7 days of the entry period closing. Each entry gives one chance in the draw.
9. The winner is contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw and announced on this page using first name, last initial and state or country. If the prize is not claimed within [30] days, a redraw may be held in line with applicable regulations.
10. Apple is not a sponsor of this promotion and is not affiliated with it in any way. Apple Watch is a trade mark of Apple Inc.
11. Entry details are collected to run the giveaway and are handled under the Promoter's Privacy Policy at builtforherbody.com/policies/privacy-policy.
12. Entries made by bots, scripts or any automated means are void. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of any entrant, and its decisions are final.
13. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the giveaway or the prize. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or equivalent local laws.
