Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-Night Promise

We want you to actually sleep on it.

You have 30 nights from delivery to try your Her Hipline Pillow. If it is not right for your body, you can request a return for a refund under our 30-night promise.

This promise is separate from, and does not replace, any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

How To Start A Return

Email us at hello@builtforherbody.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A quick reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we will send you the return address and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return under our 30-night promise, the pillow must be returned in usable condition.

We do not require the original packaging.

We do require that the pillow has not been damaged beyond normal use, heavily stained, altered, washed incorrectly, or made unsuitable for resale or inspection.

Return Shipping

For 30-night promise returns, where the item is not faulty and the return is due to personal preference, comfort, fit, or change of mind, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent to the return address provided by our support team. Depending on your location and the order, this return address may be outside your country.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot process a refund until the return has been received and confirmed.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees, priority processing fees, shipping protection, and other non-product charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Faulty, Or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@builtforherbody.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If there is a confirmed fault, defect, or fulfilment error, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

You will not be asked to pay return shipping for confirmed faulty, damaged, or incorrect items where the issue is our responsibility.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, you can return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order at any time.

Sale, Discount, And Bundle Orders

Our 30-night promise applies to eligible sale, discount, and bundle orders.

If you bought a bundle and only want to return part of it, please contact us first. We will calculate the refund based on the items kept, the bundle discount applied, and the items returned.

Free gifts included with a bundle may need to be returned if the main item is returned.
