Why is my order being shipped directly from China?

Effective immediately, orders are temporarily being dispatched directly from our manufacturing facility in China.

This change follows the conclusion of our Australian warehouse lease and ongoing international freight disruptions affecting the movement and replenishment of stock. Temporarily fulfilling orders directly from our manufacturing facility allows us to continue serving customers without interruption while our Australian inventory is replenished.

Where are returns and exchanges sent during this period?

During this temporary transition, approved returns and exchanges must be sent to our returns facility in China.

We understand this differs from our previous Australian returns process. While we maintain a very low return rate, our customer care team remains available to help make the process as straightforward as possible should you require assistance.

When will Australian fulfilment resume?

We currently expect Australian fulfilment and local returns to resume from 1 August 2026, once stock has been replenished and our local warehouse operations are restored.
