Order processing
We process orders within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times and rates
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times from order date:
- Australia: 5-9 business days
- New Zealand: 7-12 business days
- United States: 7-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
- Canada: 7-14 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days
Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $50 AUD. Standard shipping rates apply otherwise and are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Customs and duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. Built For Her Body has no control over these fees.
Lost or delayed shipments
If your order has not arrived within 21 business days of the dispatch date, contact us at hello@builtforherbody.com and we will investigate with the carrier. We will replace genuinely lost shipments at no cost.
Address errors
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you spot an error within 4 hours of ordering, contact us immediately and we will update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
